RETURN POLICY
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on opened bedding or any non-sellable merchandise.
For returns, please email us at
returns@rachelashwellshabbychiccouture.com to receive instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will not accept any returned packages without a RMA number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returned items.
A refund will be credited back to your credit card, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
Please note: Items purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail stores.
